All goods delivered by the sellers shall remain the property of the sellers until all debts due to the sellers by the buyers are paid in full.

Handling, p & p and insurance

UK Mainland £6.00 minimum up to £200.00 order value

4% of order value £201.00 to £500.00

3% of order value £501.00 to £1000.00

1.5% of order value £1000.00 to £5000.00

1% of order value £5001.00 and above

3: Terms of Payment - 30 days net

4: Orders - The order is accepted as binding on the buyer when the order is written with the seller. The confirmation document is to be viewed as a control document to ensure that the order is correctly written.

5: Cancellations - Cancellations are at the sole discretion of the seller. If the buyer, irrespective of reason, cancels or refuses to accept delivery, the buyer is obligated to compensate the seller with 30% of the order value. In the case where the seller is forced to delay delivery because of the buyers delay in payment of previous deliveries, the buyer does not have the right to cancel the order.

6: Disputes - Disputes related to a contracted order shall of the sellers choice be decided by arbitrators. In other cases, in a UK Court including the States of Jersey and Guernsey.

7: Faulty Deliveries - Damaged or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
